About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. This role involves servicing vehicles for routine maintenance, inspecting components to diagnose issues, recommending repairs, and efficiently repairing or replacing parts. You will work towards dealership, group, and manufacturer goals while maintaining productivity.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as mainline technician in a professional dealership or automotive service center required
The ability to work independently with limited supervision and demonstrate the motivation to continually increase your knowledge & technical skills
Your own complete and up-to-date set of tools
You must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR

Responsibilities

Service vehicles in a timely and proficient manner for routine scheduled and regular maintenance
Inspect vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues, and accurately recommend replacement/repair as needed
Work with your team toward achieving dealership, group, and manufacturer goals and benchmarks
Efficiently and accurately repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues, maintaining productivity goals
