Requirements
- Automotive technician experience ranging from entry-level to Master Technician
- Ability to learn and work with manufacturer-specific technology and repair procedures
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Commitment to quality workmanship and continuous improvement
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Nice To Haves
- Subaru experience or Subaru certifications strongly preferred for experienced-level positions
- Experience with another manufacturer? We welcome technicians looking to transition their skills to Subaru
- ASE certifications preferred but not required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair Subaru vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
- Perform routine maintenance, warranty repairs, recalls, and more advanced diagnostic work based on experience level
- Complete thorough multi-point inspections and identify recommended repairs and maintenance
- Utilize Subaru diagnostic equipment, technical information, and service procedures
- Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly with service advisors
- Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation
- Stay current on Subaru technical service bulletins, manufacturer updates, and training
- Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency
- Contribute to a positive team environment focused on delivering an exceptional Subaru ownership experience
