About The Position
Rod's Tire & Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team in Medina, TN. This is a full-time position offering a Monday through Friday schedule, a supportive, team-oriented culture within a family-owned shop, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals. The role involves diagnosing complex issues and completing routine maintenance with the support of experienced service advisors and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- 5+ years of automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
- Professional attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical and drivability concerns on a variety of vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs efficiently and accurately
- Complete inspections and identify additional service needs when appropriate
- Maintain quality workmanship while following shop procedures
- Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to provide an excellent customer experience
