Requirements

Clean, valid driver’s license.
Strong teamwork skills and a passion for learning.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous automotive repair experience.

Previous dealership experience.
ASE or manufacturer certifications.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repair tasks adhering to dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
Diagnose, repair, and maintain various vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, steering, and suspension.
Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
Conduct test drives and inspections to confirm proper repairs.
Provide accurate labor and time estimates for repairs, collaborating with service and parts advisors.
Clearly explain mechanical diagnoses and necessary repairs to the service advisor.
Stay updated on new automotive technologies and best practices through formal training and certifications.
Inspect and test new vehicles, documenting findings to ensure repairs align with standards.
