High Production Automotive Technician | Up to $50/Hr & Weekends Off | Cheyenne
About The Position
We are looking for driven, high-production technicians who thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently flag 80+ hours per pay period. Our ideal tech works Monday–Friday (7 am–6 pm) and is passionate about solving tough diagnostic problems while doing what's right for our guests. Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first. All 300+ CBA locations offer a modern facility equipped with manufacture-level diagnostic equipment and the latest factory scan tools. CBA shops also offer their technicians a consistent workload, free training, full-time live technician support and access to our private Technician Assistance Center.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Available and ready to work Monday - Friday, 7 am to 6 pm (Weekends Off)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding 80+ flagged hours per pay period
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development

Responsibilities
- Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests
- Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
- Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
- Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate concerns
- Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results
