About The Position
Byrider Roanoke is seeking a dependable Automotive Technician to join our service team. This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule, offering a stable work environment for individuals who value their skills. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Virginia State Inspection License, enjoy diagnosing and maintaining vehicles, and take pride in producing quality work.
Requirements
- Valid Virginia State Inspection License (Required)
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check

- Previous automotive technician or maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Perform Virginia State Safety Inspections in accordance with state regulations
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and routine preventative maintenance
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately document findings
- Check brakes, suspension, steering, fluids, tires, batteries, and other critical components
- Recommend needed repairs to ensure vehicle safety and reliability
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
