About The Position

This is a full-time trainee position at CJ's, a family-owned and operated automotive service center with 50 years of experience. The primary goal is to provide customers with timely and error-free tire and automotive services, adhering to company policies. The trainee will gain the knowledge and experience necessary to work independently and become a successful automotive technician.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license, acceptable driving history, and access to reliable transportation.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to at least 50lbs, often repetitively.
Ability to adapt to severe climate variances.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations professionally.
Must be able to successfully complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

Performs tire services, battery installations, oil changes, maintenance services, and multi-point inspections, noting vehicle conditions.
Performs routine maintenance and calibration of equipment.
Works collaboratively with fellow associates to provide exceptional customer service.
Performs any additional duties assigned by the store manager.
