About The Position
Berlin City Lexus is hiring a Main Line Technician to join their high-performing service team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Lexus and other vehicles to manufacturer standards, performing routine and complex service work, and communicating effectively with service advisors. Requirements
- Experienced automotive technician with strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Maine Vehicle Inspection license
- Certification from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE)
- Possess a valid driver's license and a favorable motor vehicle record
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check

- Preferably ASE-certified or Lexus/Toyota-certified (or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Lexus and other vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Perform routine and complex service work efficiently and accurately
- Communicate effectively with service advisors on repair status and findings
- Document all work performed in compliance with dealership and manufacturer requirements
- Keep up to date with Lexus training and certification programs
- Contribute to a positive and professional team culture
