We are seeking an experienced and motivated B-Level Automotive Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical diagnostics and repair, a great work ethic, and the drive to maximize their earning potential through our competitive hybrid pay structure.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive technician (B-Level competency required).
• Must possess a complete set of personal hand tools and diagnostic equipment appropriate for a B-level role.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair capabilities across various vehicle types.
• ASE certifications are a strong plus, but equivalent hands-on experience is highly valued.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues.
• Execute high-quality repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of domestic and import makes and models (brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, engine performance, etc.).
• Clearly document findings and repair recommendations for the service team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest safety standards.
