About The Position
Loyalty Nissan of Short Pump is looking for motivated individuals who want to start a career as an automotive technician. If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new technology, and being part of a team, this is a great opportunity to enter one of the most in-demand skilled trades in the country. You do not need dealership experience to get started. We are looking for people with the right attitude who want to learn and grow. As an Entry Level Technician, you will work alongside experienced Nissan technicians while learning the fundamentals of dealership service operations. This role is designed to help you develop the skills needed to grow into a full-service technician.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Interest in automotive repair or mechanical work
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Dependable and team-oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- Automotive school or technical training is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Performing oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services
- Completing multi-point inspections on vehicles
- Assisting experienced technicians with repairs and diagnostics
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Learning Nissan service procedures and tools
- Supporting the service team to deliver a great customer experience
