About The Position

Toyota of Hollywood, a leading Automotive Dealership, is seeking a highly motivated Express Service Technician. If you have at least 1 year experience as an Automotive Express/Lube Technician, we want to hear from you. We're open to candidates with retail experience from AutoZone, Jiffy Lube, Pep Boys, or independent shops. Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Automotive Express/Lube Technician in a retail, independent shop, or dealership environment.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• 18 years or older required
• All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturer certification is desired
• a degree or certificate from a trade school is preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations and filter replacements.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunction of vehicles and perform repairs.
• Accurately document record of all repairs, services and maintenance performed on vehicles in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Collaborate with service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
• Perform maintenance and repairs with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
