Requirements
- Experience as an automotive technician or in a related role is preferred
- Understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repairs
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Valid driver’s license and relevant certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on medium-duty and EV vehicles in a high-volume shop
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet shop productivity goals
- Participate in factory training programs to stay current with industry advancements
