Requirements
- Minimum 1+ Years Mobile Detailing Experience – Proven track record in mobile automotive detailing services
- Exceptional Work Ethic – Consistently dependable, punctual, and maintains professional standards
- Customer Excellence Focus – Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to exceed client expectations
- Self-Motivated & Results-Driven – Works independently with minimal oversight while consistently delivering superior results
- Reliable Transportation – Must have a truck or SUV to transport tools and materials to job sites
- Valid Driver's License – Required for travel to various job locations
- Quality-Obsessed Mindset – Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and refuses to compromise on quality
Nice To Haves
- Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating Experience Preferred – Hands-on experience with paint correction techniques and ceramic coating applications strongly preferred
