About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle concerns using computerized diagnostic equipment
  • Perform repairs and maintenance under the guidance of Journeyman technicians
  • Complete inspections and preventative maintenance services
  • Test and verify repairs to ensure quality and safety
  • Maintain accurate work orders for warranty and customer records
  • Collaborate with advisors and team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience
