Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Prior auto dealership tag/title experience
- Reynolds & Reynolds (ERAccess and Ignite) Accounting software experience
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
Responsibilities
- Process title work for FL and Out-Of-State deals (TitleTec)
- Finalize title work through DLRdmv
- Stock in vehicle purchases from Auction/Private Sellers
- Assist with DMV license plate audits
- Renew dealer plates annually
- Posting journal entries
- G/L Account & Schedule reconciliations
- Process dealer trade and wholesale vehicles
- Other duties as assigned
