Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Consulting or corporate strategy, with a preferred focus on the Industrial sector.
Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Bring expertise in areas such as Corporate Strategy/M&A, Transformation, Digital/Data and AI, Cost and Productivity, with a focus on Aftermarket, Front Office, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations.
Craft strategies and plans that support clients in realizing their vision, navigating competitive landscapes, and creating shareholder value.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of industrial and automotive industry fundamentals, market dynamics, company operations, and key financial metrics.
Formulate solutions for complex problems using a fact-based, hypothesis-driven approach, leveraging industry knowledge and functional expertise.
Lead focused strategy work and larger-scale cross-functional engagements, collaborating directly with and managing client teams.
Apply the latest digital technologies and approaches to drive sustainable value for clients.
Establish strong credibility and cultivate relationships at the C-level through exceptional outcomes, effective communication, persuasive narratives, and collaborative teamwork.
Navigate the global Accenture network effectively, leveraging expertise to generate valuable executive insights and contribute to client business development.
Travel as needed, up to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
