Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Consulting or corporate strategy, with a preferred focus on the Industrial sector.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Bring expertise in areas such as Corporate Strategy/M&A, Transformation, Digital/Data and AI, Cost and Productivity, with a focus on Aftermarket, Front Office, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations.
  • Craft strategies and plans that support clients in realizing their vision, navigating competitive landscapes, and creating shareholder value.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of industrial and automotive industry fundamentals, market dynamics, company operations, and key financial metrics.
  • Formulate solutions for complex problems using a fact-based, hypothesis-driven approach, leveraging industry knowledge and functional expertise.
  • Lead focused strategy work and larger-scale cross-functional engagements, collaborating directly with and managing client teams.
  • Apply the latest digital technologies and approaches to drive sustainable value for clients.
  • Establish strong credibility and cultivate relationships at the C-level through exceptional outcomes, effective communication, persuasive narratives, and collaborative teamwork.
  • Navigate the global Accenture network effectively, leveraging expertise to generate valuable executive insights and contribute to client business development.
  • Travel as needed, up to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
