About The Position

RAW Wheels & Tires is seeking an experienced automotive retail/service leader to manage the day-to-day operations of a store location. This role requires a hands-on approach, focusing on sales, customer experience, staffing, inventory, and profitability. The ideal candidate will be proactive in addressing customer, team, and performance issues.

Requirements

• Automotive service, tire, or related automotive management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and hold a team accountable.
• Strong sales mentality and ability to drive store performance.
• Understanding of store financials, expenses, and profitability.
• Confidence handling customers, employees, and operational problems.
• Comfortable working with reports, inventory, and performance metrics.
• Stable work history and a coachable, hands-on leadership style.
• Availability to work the retail schedule, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Manage store sales, profitability, and P&L performance.
• Oversee recruiting, training, scheduling, and team development.

• Drive sales and lease-to-own activity.
• Control inventory, cash, and assets.
• Manage collections and account performance.
• Oversee installation workflow, productivity, and safety.
• Control expenses and ensure operational accountability.
• Execute company processes and performance expectations.
