Requirements

  • 5+ years of automotive management experience
  • Proven success managing a full-service automotive repair facility
  • Strong sales, leadership, and customer service skills
  • Experience leading Service Advisors and Technicians
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and operational KPIs
  • Excellent communication and team-building abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Tekmetric or similar shop management software
  • Tire industry experience
  • ASE certifications or automotive technical background

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors and Technicians
  • Drive sales growth while maintaining strong gross profit margins
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators including: Car Count, Average Repair Order (ARO), Gross Profit, Labor Sales, Tire Sales, Technician Productivity and Efficiency
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Recruit, train, and retain top-performing employees
  • Manage workflow and shop production for maximum efficiency
  • Hold team members accountable to performance expectations
  • Build customer relationships and professionally resolve concerns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and profitable operation
