About The Position

RAW Wheels & Tires is seeking an experienced automotive retail/service leader to manage the day-to-day operations of a store location. This role requires a hands-on approach, focusing on driving sales, leading a team, and ensuring profitability. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of store performance, including sales, customer experience, staffing, inventory, and financial management. This is not a desk-manager position; active involvement in customer interactions, team performance, and financial metrics is expected.

Requirements

Automotive service, tire, or related automotive management experience.
Proven ability to lead and hold a team accountable.
Strong sales mentality and ability to drive store performance.
Understanding of store financials, expenses, and profitability.
Confidence handling customers, employees, and operational problems.
Comfortable working with reports, inventory, and performance metrics.
Stable work history.
Coachable, hands-on leadership style.
Availability to work the retail schedule, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Manage store sales, profitability, and P&L performance.
Recruit, train, schedule, and develop the store team.
Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve customer issues.
Oversee sales and lease-to-own activities.
Maintain inventory, cash, and asset controls.
Manage collections and account performance.
Ensure efficient installation workflow, productivity, and safety.
Control expenses and maintain operational accountability.
Execute company processes and performance expectations.
