About The Position

RAW Wheels & Tires is seeking an experienced automotive retail/service leader to manage the day-to-day operations of a RAW Wheels & Tires location. This role involves overseeing sales, customer experience, staffing, inventory, and profitability. The manager will be expected to be actively involved in understanding customer needs, team performance, and financial metrics, taking proactive steps to address any underperformance. This is a hands-on management position, not a desk-bound role.

Requirements

• Automotive service, tire, or related automotive management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and hold a team accountable.
• Strong sales mentality and ability to drive store performance.
• Understanding of store financials, expenses, and profitability.
• Confidence handling customers, employees, and operational problems.
• Comfortable working with reports, inventory, and performance metrics.
• Stable work history.
• Coachable, hands-on leadership style.
• Availability to work the retail schedule, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Manage store sales, profitability, and P&L performance.
• Oversee recruiting, training, scheduling, and team development.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve customer issues.
• Manage sales and lease-to-own activities.
• Control inventory, cash, and assets.
• Oversee collections and account performance.
• Ensure efficient installation workflow, productivity, and safety.
• Control expenses and maintain operational accountability.
• Execute company processes and meet performance expectations.
