Maintain awareness of competitors and industry trends to remain a trusted advisor
Stay current on product knowledge, including new models, trims, and innovations
Support the sales team by answering product-specific questions and providing detailed information
Participate in training sessions, manufacturer product launches, and events
Help maintain showroom and vehicle display appearance and organization
