Requirements

Experienced technician with strong diagnostic ability
Motivated to work in a fast-paced, high-production shop
Takes pride in quality work done right the first time
Team-oriented and communicates well

Nice To Haves

ASE certifications a plus (or willing to earn them)

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs across a wide range of makes and models with accuracy and efficiency
Execute routine and complex maintenance services including brakes, alignments, tire services, and preventative maintenance
Document all work performed and recommended services clearly and accurately within dealership systems
Collaborate closely with service advisors to communicate findings, repair priorities, and timelines effectively
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment in line with dealership standards
Stay current with manufacturer training, technical bulletins, and evolving vehicle technology
Consistently deliver high-quality workmanship that meets or exceeds dealership and manufacturer expectations
