We're looking for an Automotive Shop Manager who is ready to take ownership of a shop, drive performance, and lead a high-energy team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading a team of 5+ employees (Technicians and Service Advisors) in a high-volume automotive environment
• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment where your compensation is tied to hitting specific KPIs, such as sales targets, labor efficiency, and GP margins
• Punctual, energetic, and thrive in a performance-based environment

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day-to-day operations at your shop
• Lead, coach, and develop your team of Technicians and Service Advisors
• Drive sales and ensure profitability through disciplined execution
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences from check-in to vehicle delivery
• Maintain operational standards for workflow, cleanliness, and efficiency
• Collaborate with leadership to hit location-level KPIs and growth goals
