EchoPark Centennial is seeking a Lead Technician/Shop Foreman to elevate their growing Recon operation. Requirements

• 10+ years of automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic background
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team
• Leads by example and is willing to actively work on vehicles ('turn wrenches').

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership or foreman experience
• ReconPro and CDK experience

Responsibilities

• Organize and set up the team for success at the start of each day.
• Assign work and ensure the shop operates efficiently.
• Develop and mentor technicians.
• Maintain a positive, high-energy culture.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles alongside the team when necessary.
