About The Position

The Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling service work and selling additional needed service to customers. Primary objectives include assuring customer satisfaction and retention, and assuring vehicles are fixed the first visit.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or (GED)
  • 5+ years of customer service experience required
  • Strong telephone and Communication Skills
  • Sales Ability, Knowledge of Automotive Terminology
  • Strong knowledge of computers and good keyboarding skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced team environment with a wide variety of people
  • Valid NYS Drivers License and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Previous service writer experience preferred
  • Dealership / Advisor experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Promptly and courteously greet customers
  • Maintain dealership goals of technician efficiency and status of repair orders as defined by management.
  • Maintain training requirements
