About The Position
We are seeking an Automotive Service Writer to be the primary interface between our customers and technicians for vehicle repairs. This role involves greeting customers, scheduling appointments, completing all necessary paperwork for automotive repairs, and keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicle's repairs. You will relay pertinent information to technicians and follow up on detail-oriented tasks. Strong communication with guests, management, and other departments is essential to solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities
- Be the interface between the customer and the technician for vehicle repairs
- Greet customers
- Schedule appointments
- Complete all necessary paperwork in regards to automotive repairs
- Keep the customer updated on the status of repairs and explain any repairs needed on their vehicle
- Relay all pertinent information to the technician for completion of the work
- Follow up on detail oriented tasks
- Communicate with guests, management, and other departments to solve problems
