Requirements

Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a team environment.
Exhibit a neat, clean and professional appearance.
Possess excellent verbal communication skills.
Satisfactory completion of a Background Check, Drug Test, and clean Motor Vehicle Report.

Responsibilities

Greet all guests entering the Service Department.
Promote smooth, efficient traffic flow in the Service Breezeway and on the dealership lot.
Assist with parking and the organization of guest and dealership vehicles.
Ensure guests are familiar with dealership amenities.
Direct guests to appropriate service personnel as needed.
Utilize shuttle vehicle to transport guests to various locations as requested.
Keep abreast of dealership information so that guest questions can be answered.
Assist the Service Department with other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
