Mile High Honda is looking for a Service Valet who is a customer focused individual that will help support our Service Customers. Service Valet Job Summary The Service Valet is responsible for initially greeting and welcoming customers. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. The Service Valet is also responsible for moving customers' vehicles out of the service drive, pulling them forward for delivery, if requested, and assisting in keeping the service drive and waiting area clean of debris or trash. Automotive service valet/drive attendants are an extension of the service consultants and management team. Mile High Honda does business differently compared with other Denver car dealerships. Requirements

Customer service experience preferred
Current valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles
Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside
Ability to work within team philosophy
Basic computer skills
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Capable of learning and adapting to new processes
Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
High School Diploma and or one year of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Exhibit detailed follow-up skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work independently without direction as well as within a team
Be proactive in job responsibilities, career, business growth and daily development
Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Demonstrate a friendly and customer service focused approach to conducting business
Keep service drive clear of vehicles at all times
Move vehicles in and out of technician stalls very carefully
Maintain cleanliness inside/outside customer and loaner vehicles
Multitask and work under pressure
Willingness to take initiative
Utilize computers easily and effectively
Complete other tasks and duties as assigned
