Requirements

Minimum age of 18
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong communication and comprehension skills
Must be able to work scheduled Saturday rotations
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must have above average energy
Basic computer, internet, and phone skills
Professional appearance with a friendly attitude

Responsibilities

Greets all customers in the Service Drive and directing them to the appropriate Service Advisor
Installs protective coverings such as seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and installs hat tags in all vehicles
Assists in parking vehicles after they have been written up and documenting the numbered parking spot
Deliver keys and repair orders to the assigned Service Advisor
Retrieves vehicles for our customers and remove protective covers from the vehicle
Pick up and delivery of vehicles and or customers when assigned by Management through RedCap
Perform basic cleaning duties such as sweeping, trash removal, wiping door handles/touch points, and keeping the Service Drive clear of debris
Immediately report damage to company vehicles and or customer vehicles to Management
Must follow all safety procedures set by State Laws and Dealership guidelines
Performs other duties as assigned by Management
