This role is crucial for keeping up with increasing consumer demands in a fast-paced environment. The Service Valet will assist the Service Department by guiding and directing service guests and their vehicles to appropriate locations.

Requirements

Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
Ability to drive manual transmission
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a team environment
Exhibit a neat, clean and professional appearance
Possess excellent verbal communication skills and speak proper grammar
Positive attitude, outgoing personality a must and a friendly demeanor
Have excellent Customer Service skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Clean background
Must pass drug test
Must have flexible schedule

Responsibilities

Greet all guests entering the Service Department
Promote smooth, efficient traffic flow in the Service Breezeway and on the dealership lot
Assist with parking and the organization of guest and dealership vehicles
Ensure guests are familiar with dealership amenities
Direct guests to appropriate service personnel as needed
Utilize shuttle vehicle to transport guests to various locations as requested
Keep abreast of dealership information so that guest questions can be answered
Assist the Service Department with other duties and tasks as assigned by management
