Requirements
- Active, valid driver’s license with the ability to meet MVR requirements. (MVR check required).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to comfortably stand, walk, and stay active throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors across varying weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts.
Nice To Haves
- Comfort operating manual transmission vehicles is a plus (not mandatory).
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival at our service center and guide them to the appropriate service advisor.
- Verify vehicle mileage, cross-reference appointment specifics, and review preliminary vehicle scan findings with arriving guests.
- Safely maneuver guest vehicles around the facility, ensuring proper parking and security (rolling up windows and locking doors).
- Inspect returned loaner vehicles for damage, ensure fuel tanks are topped off, and complete all required return documentation prior to guest handover.
- Maintain a tidy, hazard-free, and inviting atmosphere across the service drive, parking areas, and guest lounges.
- Assist the Service Management team with additional operational tasks as needed.
