Join the opening team of our brand-new Honda dealership coming to Maryland in 2027! We’re hiring experienced main shop technicians ready to earn, grow, and be part of something from the ground up. This is a full-time position with flexible shifts based on service hours and rotating Saturdays. Requirements
- 2+ years of automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Honda or import experience
- ASE certifications
- Dealership experience
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles (engine, electrical, drivability, etc.)
- Perform maintenance and warranty work to manufacturer standards
- Use advanced diagnostic tools and systems
- Maintain quality, efficiency, and productivity goals
- Ensure top-tier workmanship and customer satisfaction
