Requirements

Proven experience as an automotive service technician with a flat-rate work approach.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic tools.
Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and meet productivity goals.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Valid automotive technician certifications or licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose vehicle problems and perform necessary repairs according to flat-rate pricing guidelines.
Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake services, and tire rotations.
Communicate effectively with service advisors to provide accurate estimates and updates to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and environmental regulations.
Use diagnostic and repair tools to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
