About The Position

Nissan Williamsburg is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team in Williamsburg, Virginia. As a commission only Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of automotive services and repairs on various Nissan vehicles. This is a full-time role in the auto industry that requires dedication, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an automotive service technician
Must have knowledge and experience working on Nissan vehicles
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Basic computer skills and ability to use diagnostic equipment
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Perform routine automotive maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
Diagnose and troubleshoot drivability, mechanical, and electrical issues on Nissan vehicles
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide recommendations for necessary repairs
Use diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and repair vehicle issues
Complete all repairs and services within established timelines while maintaining quality standards
Document all services and repairs accurately and in a timely manner
Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities
Ensure a safe and organized work environment at all times
