About The Position
Lia Toyota Northampton is seeking B/C Level Automotive Technicians to join their team. This role is for experienced technicians looking for a fast-paced, professional, and positive environment that rewards hard-working, reliable, and team-oriented individuals. The service department is equipped with the latest technologies and equipment, including a service drive alignment checker, alignment rack, and Hunter tire mounting and balancing machines. A sign-on bonus may be available based on skill level and experience.
Requirements
- 1+ years of Service Technician experience required
- Experience performing preventative and light duty maintenance.
- Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair experience preferred.
- NYS Inspection certification preferred.
- ASE Certification recommended.
- Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications
- Computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have clean & valid driver's license
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership processes.
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including, suspension, brakes, tires, light engine work etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed, providing an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs.
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
