Requirements

B-level technician experience or equivalent hands-on mechanical background
Familiarity with general vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, fluids, and basic electrical
Ability to use shop tools and basic diagnostic equipment
Eagerness to learn, grow, and pursue additional certifications
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout a shift
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

1 to 3 years of automotive service experience preferred
Ford or dealership experience a plus

Responsibilities

Perform routine and intermediate maintenance and repair services on Ford vehicles to manufacturer specifications
Carry out oil changes, brake services, tire rotations, fluid replacements, and other general repairs
Assist with diagnostics using Ford service tools and equipment under the guidance of senior technicians
Provide accurate repair documentation for each service completed
Communicate service findings clearly to advisors to keep customers informed
Build technical knowledge through Ford training programs and on-the-job experience
Stay familiar with Ford technical service bulletins and shop procedures
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Work collaboratively with the service team to keep the shop running efficiently
