Requirements

• Minimum 1-year previous experience working in a similar role at a dealership preferred
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
• Possess a positive attitude and the willingness to come to work every day
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Handle everyday maintenance and repair work on a variety of vehicles
• Track down mechanical and electrical problems and make the necessary repairs
• Inspect vehicles and keep clear, accurate records of the work performed
• Use hand tools, shop equipment, scan tools, and other diagnostic equipment
• Diagnose problems correctly while still getting the job done efficiently
• Take pride in doing quality work and getting vehicles back on the road safely
