Pay: $22 to $30 per flat rate hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full time
Department Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm; Saturday 8am to 4pm

Requirements

• Class B or C level technicians with 3+ years of experience in a dealership or private shop
• Up-to-date ASE and manufacturer certifications
• Familiarity using scan tools and service information systems
• Skill in performing brake, suspension, and steering repairs
• Proficient in engine maintenance and basic electrical diagnostics
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose cause of malfunction and complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures
• Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools
