About The Position

Kal Tire is seeking a 310S Automotive Service Technician to perform a range of services from routine maintenance to complex repairs on compact cars, domestic vehicles, and light-duty fleets. This is a full-time, permanent role located at our store at 20 ENTERPRISE DRIVE UNIT B, London, ON. The role involves hands-on mechanical tasks in a safe and well-equipped environment, mentoring apprentices, and offers opportunities for career advancement to Lead Technician. Requirements

• Fully licensed as a 310S Automotive Service Technician
• A valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignments.
• Experienced in performing inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, servicing, and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of general mechanical services, including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance.
• Mentor and coach apprentices by sharing expertise and supporting their skill development in a learning-focused environment.
• Collaborate with a skilled team while working on various vehicles, from standard passenger cars to light trucks.
• Identify potential mechanical service opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality in all tasks.
