Requirements

  • Automotive Dealership or similar environment experience
  • Any combination of ASE Certification preferred
  • Process oriented and able to implement processes to deliver repeat results
  • Organizational qualities that promote proficiency
  • Ability/willingness to document findings in accordance to Federal, North Carolina, and Manufacturer guidelines
  • Manual dexterity and physical stamina, lift heavy objects, walk/stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to travel for training requirements (Company Expense)
  • Laptop meeting GM compatibility or purchase through Company on payroll plan 0% interest
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license
  • North Carolina State Inspection license or ability to obtain one (Company expense)
  • Tool box and Personal Tools (Industry best specialty tools and equipment are provided)
  • Strong communication skills

  • Any combination of ASE Certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform Video & Electronic Multi-point inspections on every vehicle
  • Diagnose, repair and service vehicles to ensure customers can drive away feeling safe and at ease
  • Work as part of a team to solve technical problems quickly and effectively
  • Produce work in a timely manner promoting overall production of 95% or greater proficiency
  • Build experience as a GM Factory Trained and Certified Technician
  • Follow and promote our proven processes
