About The Position

Andrews Cadillac Mt. Juliet is seeking experienced and motivated Automotive Service Technicians to join their growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a modern, clean, and professional Cadillac facility that is only about three years old. The dealership is equipped with modern equipment, current technology, spacious technician bays, and an air-conditioned shop. They are looking for productive technicians who take pride in their work and desire a stable, long-term career with significant earning potential. Conversations are kept confidential for those currently employed elsewhere.

Requirements

• 2+ years of automotive service technician experience required
• GM experience required
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Team-oriented mindset
• Strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and related systems
• Use modern diagnostic tools, special service equipment, and manufacturer repair information
• Test-drive vehicles and verify completed repairs
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with Service Advisors
• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
• Maintain required manufacturer training standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area
• Follow dealership and manufacturer processes
• Protect customer vehicles and treat them with care
