Requirements

Experience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models.
Ability to meet work goals efficiently and accurately.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Capacity to read and understand technical instructions and exercise good judgment.
Valid State driver’s license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

ASE certification or demonstrated technical aptitude preferred.
Technical or trade school degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Accurately diagnose vehicle concerns using current technical tools and resources.
Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on customer vehicles, trade-ins, auction vehicles, and new inventory.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment while ensuring quality and efficiency.
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide appropriate service recommendations.
Clean vehicles and return them in better condition than received.
Participate in factory or in-house training programs to stay updated with industry standards.
Complete all paperwork and computer communications accurately and promptly.
Work collaboratively as part of a team with professionalism and energy.
Arrive on time, prepared, and in proper uniform.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager or Shop Foreman.
