Requirements

Minimum 1 year of related automotive repair/maintenance experience or equivalent technical training.
State certification or Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications preferred, but not required.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Personal set of basic automotive tools appropriate for daily service work.
Strong problem-solving ability, dedication to quality workmanship, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Perform repair and maintenance work accurately and efficiently in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
Diagnose vehicle malfunctions using diagnostic tools and perform necessary repairs.
Communicate effectively with the Parts Department to obtain required components.
Collaborate with Service Advisors and Service Management to complete work in a timely manner and ensure accurate customer updates.
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify safety concerns or preventative maintenance needs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with dealership and OSHA safety guidelines.
