Requirements
- At least one year of experience in automotive service, including warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
- Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and technical documents.
- Good judgment and the ability to follow management guidance and procedures.
- Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- ASE certification or equivalent technical aptitude required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Stellantis vehicle brands is preferred but not required.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Technical or trade school degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and accurately diagnose customer concerns using the latest diagnostic tools and software.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers and team members at all times.
- Stay updated on technical publications and service communications to ensure quality service.
- Deliver safe, clean, and high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring work is completed right the first time.
- Address customer concerns thoroughly and document work performed clearly and accurately.
- Identify additional maintenance opportunities by inspecting vehicles according to manufacturer and local recommendations.
- Participate in factory or in-house training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and ensure proper documentation is attached.
- Arrive on time, dressed in a clean uniform, ready to perform duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager or General Manager.
