About The Position
Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Twin Falls is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join their team. The role involves performing repairs and diagnostics on vehicles according to dealership and manufacturer standards, ensuring quality and safety. Technicians will also be responsible for documenting work performed and maintaining their own tools. Requirements
- Prior automotive repair experience, required.
- Technicians who consistently flag over 100 hours per pay period.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Nice To Haves
- ASE and manufacturer certification is not required
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
Responsibilities
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose cause of malfunction.
- Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
- Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures.
- Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.
