Requirements

  • Experience with warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
  • Strong communication skills and professional appearance
  • High-energy personality with a positive attitude
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and follow written instructions
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • ASE certification demonstrating technical aptitude required

Nice To Haves

  • Technical or trade school degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Accurately troubleshoot customer vehicle concerns using current technical tools and resources
  • Demonstrate courtesy and professionalism to all customers and colleagues
  • Assist as a secondary greeter in the Service Drive area to enhance customer experience
  • Stay informed on technical updates, service communications, and system operations
  • Deliver safe and reliable vehicle service on the first attempt
  • Thoroughly address all original customer concerns before recommending additional services
  • Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance opportunities following factory and local standards
  • Ensure vehicles are returned to customers clean and in excellent condition
  • Participate in factory and in-house training programs to continuously improve skills
  • Complete all service paperwork accurately and attach necessary documentation
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
  • Maintain punctuality, a clean uniform, and a professional attitude
