Requirements
- Experience with warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- High-energy personality with a positive attitude
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and follow written instructions
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- ASE certification demonstrating technical aptitude required
Nice To Haves
- Technical or trade school degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Accurately troubleshoot customer vehicle concerns using current technical tools and resources
- Demonstrate courtesy and professionalism to all customers and colleagues
- Assist as a secondary greeter in the Service Drive area to enhance customer experience
- Stay informed on technical updates, service communications, and system operations
- Deliver safe and reliable vehicle service on the first attempt
- Thoroughly address all original customer concerns before recommending additional services
- Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance opportunities following factory and local standards
- Ensure vehicles are returned to customers clean and in excellent condition
- Participate in factory and in-house training programs to continuously improve skills
- Complete all service paperwork accurately and attach necessary documentation
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Maintain punctuality, a clean uniform, and a professional attitude
