About The Position

Little Joe's Mitsubishi is seeking an entry-level Automotive Service Technician. This position is ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, dependable, motivated, and serious about building a career in the automotive industry. No prior experience, ASE certifications, or dealership experience are required, as the company is willing to provide comprehensive training. The role offers a starting pay of $18 per hour, with opportunities for performance bonuses and career advancement within a family-run dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Performing oil changes and routine maintenance
• Tire rotations and basic vehicle services
• Completing thorough vehicle inspections (MPIs)
• Identifying and documenting needed repairs
• Learning proper diagnostic procedures
• Assisting experienced technicians with repairs
• Keeping the work area clean and organized
• Participating in Mitsubishi factory training
• Advancing into more complicated repairs and diagnostics as skills develop
