About The Position

Auto Electric Service is looking for a skilled Automotive Service Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and accurate diagnostics. Our technicians play a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of our customers’ vehicles. We operate a professional shop environment where technicians are respected, supported, and given opportunities to grow their technical skills. Our team works on a wide range of vehicles including but not limited to: Domestic and import vehicles, Light trucks, Fleet and commercial vehicles. Requirements

Automotive Service Technician certification (Journeyperson preferred)
Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
Experience using scan tools and diagnostic equipment
Ability to work independently in a busy shop environment
Strong attention to detail
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Diagnosing mechanical and electrical vehicle issues using modern diagnostic equipment
Performing scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid services, and inspections
Repairing brake systems, steering and suspension components
Servicing drive-train systems and engine components
Performing tire services including rotations, repairs, and replacements
Repairing electrical and electronic vehicle systems
Performing air conditioning inspections and repairs
Conducting Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and documenting vehicle condition
Communicating repair findings clearly with the service consultant team
Performing road tests to verify repairs
