Requirements

2+ years of Service Technician experience required
Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Excellent customer service skills and basic computer proficiency
Ability to learn modern repair technology, service procedures, and manufacturer specifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Clean/acceptable driving record
Must be willing to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Valid driver’s license required
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately
Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive vehicles (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems)
Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional recommended work and estimated timelines
Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Verify repairs through testing and test-driving
